Accepted Student On-Campus Events

The events in this section are for students who have been accepted or already enrolled for the class of 2030. Registration is required to attend the events and will open in late March. You will need your Lafayette applicant portal credentials to register for the events. We can’t wait to see you!

XLC: Experience Lafayette College Accepted Day

XLC: Experience Lafayette College

Our premiere accepted student event celebrates YOU! Join us on campus for mock classes, residence hall tours, campus life sessions, and more! We pull out all the stops for this big, celebratory event. Registration opens in late March.

Please join us as we celebrate YOU while offering an in-depth look at Lafayette College!

This full-day event begins with a welcome session with the President of the College. We’ll then launch into three sessions in which students can attend mock classes and the whole family can take tours, attend panels, and explore the surrounding areas of Easton. We’ll wrap up the day with closing remarks and an involvement fair with representation from more than 70 campus clubs and an opportunity for you to meet up with future classmates. You’ll even get some goodies to take home at the closing event.

Lunch is included in the day and will give you a taste of our surrounding area, the Lehigh Valley, as you can use your food ticket to get lunch from one of the several food trucks or dining services on our beautiful Quad.

This day will have multiple opportunities to interact with current students, faculty, staff, and your potential classmates.

Check-in begins at 8:15 am and programming ends at 3:30 pm.

Registration for this event opens in late March.

Fridays at Lafayette!

Fridays at Lafayette

This on-campus accepted student event allows you to get a sense of a day in the life of a Lafayette student.

While parents tour campus, students can attend current classes. You’ll have a chance to eat lunch in the dining hall, tour a residence hall, and get your questions answered by faculty, staff, and students. Check-in begins at 9 am and programming ends at 3:15 pm. Registration will open in late March.

Leopard for a Day

Learn what it's like to be a Lafayette Leopard. We will schedule you to attend a current class and eat lunch with a current student. We match students with classes based on availability on the day selected. Parent programming is not provided while students are at class, but families can tour campus, visit the College Store, or explore our town of Easton, PA. Students must sign up at least 2 weeks in advance.

On-Campus Tour

Campus tours begin with a 15-minute overview from an admissions director and then you will head out on a 75-minute tour with a current student.

Virtual Accepted Student Events

We have some very special virtual events just for YOU as a newly accepted or enrolled student. You’ll need your Lafayette portal credentials to sign up for these events. Registration for these events opens mid-March.

Financial Aid Virtual Event

Our Financial Aid team is here to help you realize your funding options for college. In this session, we'll help you understand your financial award and answer questions about loans and outside scholarships.

Sign up for the March 24 or April 16 event. If you can’t make one of these sessions, feel free to sign up with our Financial Aid team for a one-on-one phone appointment.
